Deer Friend is a dream folk duo based in Portland, OR, made up of Sarah & Kat Brady. Their sound weaves together soulful vocals, entrancing percussion, and a wide variety of instruments ranging from shruti box to guitar to metallophone, and more. They like to sing about love, magic, nature, and deeply felt moments. Their songs range from epic trance-like ballads to simpler, folksy guitar tunes, and all share an undercurrent of soulful intensity, and playfulness. Their debut EP, Portals, was released February 22nd, 2023!
